All orders from the United States and other countries worldwide will be shipped via DHL Express or FedEx. Delivery takes 3–10 business days, depending on customs clearance. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment status. If any special circumstances arise due to specific regions or customs regulations, we will notify you, and you may choose not to proceed with the shipment. In that case, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
You are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes assessed by your local customs authorities. Product prices shown do not include any taxes or fees. Because these charges are imposed directly by the destination country/region, we are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes that may apply to your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Orders received after 9:00 AM (Beijing Standard Time, GMT+8) will be processed the next day. All orders will be shipped on the next business day.
For all returns and exchanges, customers must contact our customer service team via email within 30 business days of receiving the item, and before sending the return parcel. Otherwise, your return/exchange request may be declined. Please include your order number and watch model in the email so we can process your request more efficiently.
All refunds from Exclusive Jade Live Shop do not include sales processing fees, and the exact fee depends on the payment method.
Refunds and returns are issued as store credit only.
If a parcel is returned due to the recipient refusing delivery or failing to pay duties and taxes in the destination country, no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for ensuring their order is properly received and that all required charges are paid.
Please note that we do not accept refund requests due to a change of mind or no longer needing the item. This policy applies for any reason, including cases where delivery is not completed within the expected timeframe.
We will be happy to accommodate your request if it meets the following requirements:

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in original condition, with all price tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The product must not be resized in any way, including adding or removing beads.

The product must not be customized in any form, whether by us or by any third party.

The product must not be modified, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than Exclusive Jade Live Shop.
Our sizing is customized based on the size you select when placing your order online. Size calculations are based on your wrist circumference. Please do not provide the outer diameter/outer measurement of your bracelet.
If the bracelet size you purchased does not fit, we will adjust the size for you free of charge. Adjustments will be done in our office. If you cannot come in person, you may send it to us by courier. Round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If you would like to exchange for a different style within 30 days, we can offer an exchange. However, we do not provide refunds.
Exclusive Jade Live Shop reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that we believe may violate our return policy or where the returned item is in poor condition. Items that do not meet the return/exchange requirements will not be returned to the sender, and no store credit will be issued. We do not offer cash refunds.
